The effect was really unexpected maybe due to my sensitive tummy as I had been going in and out the loo for a few times in an hour time. Not to mention the movement inside the tummy which I can only think of Japan when the atomic bomb was landing in Hiroshima! I did not follow the instruction as written behind where they asking you to take 2 - 4 pieces of the plum after having your dinner. I only took one and I am zombified the next day after several attempt to bomb Hilooshima.
The taste is alright as it does not taste like any weird stuff. It tasted just like those normal dried plum that is selling outside but it does look yucky though. Anyway, never judge a book by its cover
I have stop taking it after a 2 days trial and will only continue right after I dump my “at the moment boyfriend”= flu which had been courting me for almost 3 weeks!
